自我介绍是大多数院校复试面试时的必备环节，一般放在面试的开始阶段。自我介绍可以看成整场复试的热身，如准备充分，完全可以 助你放松心态、增强自信、坦然应考，也能让面试老师对你有了良好的初步印象（这点在主观性较强的复试中非常重要）。
此环节一般持续

1~2分钟。内容包括姓名、年龄、籍贯、毕业学校、学习或工作经历、性格特征、个人喜好、考研的动机和目的等。相对于整个考试过程而言，这一部分的内容完全受自我掌控，你完全可以准备得非常充分，将最好的自己展示给考官。
面试时不求发音完全标准，但力求清晰明白，语音语调一定要自然，切忌给人留下背书的感觉。
另外，你还要注意自己的肢体语言。无论是否是英语口试，在开口表达时都要端坐或挺胸站立，直视主考官，面带微笑。必要时可配合手势强调自己所要表达的意思。举止大方得体，声音要自然平和。
